I, the delegate, understand and agree to the following:
1. Upon acceptance to the State Pageant, I will be assigned a title. This
title will reflect where I live, work, or attend school. Title assignments
are flexible, but the approval of my title is at the sole discretion of
Proctor Productions, LLC.
2. My title designation is for the purpose of competing in the State Pageant
ONLY. This may include soliciting sponsorships and appearances promoting
the State Pageant and my area of representation.
3. All appearances involving my title must be approved in advance by Proctor
Productions, LLC.
4. A different sash reflecting my title will be given to me upon check
in of the State Pageant for use during competition and may be kept as a
memento.
5. Usage of my title will be completed at the termination of the State
Pageant.
6. I am choosing to purchase a sash for use prior to the State Pageant.
Usage of this sash for appearances prior to the State Pageant requires
prior approval of Proctor Productions, LLC.
7. I understand if I use this sash for public appearances that are NOT
approved, or in situations exhibiting bad taste or poor judgment, that
my participation in the State Pageant may be terminated and any fees paid
will be forfeit.
